AGED CARE & RETIREMENT

Located in the inner city suburb of Bayswater, Camelia Court Retirement Village is not just an affordable option for active and relatively independent retirees, it is also well-placed adjacent to parkland extending to the Swan River and the Eric Singleton Bird Reserve.

The complex comprises 59 well-appointed independent living villas surrounded by attractive, established lawns and gardens offering a tranquil, secure, community-based environment.

Residents can access community-based services to assist with daily living activities and maintain their independence including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, shopping, respite, home cleaning and maintenance.
The Bayswater site is also home to Ritcher Lodge Residential Aged Care. Lodge staff are on standby to respond to villa residents requiring assistance in the event of a medical emergency.

Villa residents can access a home-delivered meal service or choose to dine at the Ritcher Lodge dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if preferred. All catering is done on site.

Villa residents also have access to a private community hall on site to use for social events and activities of interest such as the library, craft activities, exercise classes, concerts, indoor bowls and movie nights. All events and activities are organised by the villa residents or the resident committee.
